Job Overview
The Associate Digital Operations Manager provides support for marketing updates across T-Mobiles Prepaid brands for digital driving daily marketing updates through business operations and project management. Mangages creation maintenance and operation of marketing updates across web applications. Works with partner teams to understand their marketing requirements to meet those needs on time with quality and exceeding customer satisfaction standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing campaign management project management campaign analytics and familiarity with campaign execution workflows. Experience working with creative and authoring teams.

This role is available at our Frisco TX or Bellevue WA HQs
T-Mobile has a three day in office hybrid work environment!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Owns marketing requirements intake submission project management feasibility and triage of change requests and communicates standard methodologies working across functional teams.
  • Drives strategy alignment and implementation of marketing campaigns on customer facing digital properties.
  • Focuses on business analysis and execution of device and marketing launches pricing and promotions product availability and product specification changes.
  • Participates in staging and production validations; communicate deployment scheduling and freeze dates.
  • Sees opportunities for automation and simplification of our internal processes tools and deliverables.
  • Compiles key metrics and outputs for daily weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree Business Administration Computer Science Marketing or related field.

Work Experience:

  • 2-4 yearsDigital/web marketing content production and management

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • CMS (Worfront) Excel Jira Sharepoint and Confluence
  • Ability to leada matrixed team to hit goals or complete deliverables within a set timeframe.
  • Ability to use dashboards including Tableau Power BI and Adobe data visualization tools to analyze data.
  • Ability to communicate updates clearly and accurately to Operations Translation Teams Digital Business Managers T-Studios OEM and external partners.
  • Expertise in presenting status updates of campaign and project details to key partners with pinpoint accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work with technical and operations teams while prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Base Pay Range: $58900 - $106300

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
