We are looking for dedicated direct careprofessionalswho want to makea difference in the lives of the people we serve.

The individual is in need of a companion who iscompassionate and outgoingwho will take him to community outings.

This is an independent contract position and pays $15.25 an hour.

You will be a good fitfor thisposition if you:

• Have a positiveoutlook and contagious energy
• Demonstrate patience and compassion

Responsibilities and Duties you can expect in the role:

• Encouraging and supporting the individualduring homeactivities
• Meal/snack preparation
• Ensuringindividualssafety and maintaining a safe living environment
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events community outings such as grocery shopping and appointments
• Promote communication choiceindependence and socialization
• Complete daily progress notes and EVV Data

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid drivers license
• Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening
• Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Are 18 years of age or older
