A growing healthcare company is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Onboarding Manager to lead its HR Coordinators and Front Desk Associates across multiple office locations. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset excellent people skills and the ability to manage front-line HR operations with empathy professionalism and consistency.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee a team of HR Coordinators and Front Desk Associates across several sites
Conduct candidate interviews and support new hire onboarding
Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service in front office operations
Support employee benefits processes and general HR inquiries
Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare-specific requirements
Travel weekly to various office locations (Bronx Williamsburg Monsey) to provide in-person guidance and oversight
Train and mentor staff ensuring performance goals and service standards are consistently met
Promote a positive culturally sensitive and team-oriented work environment
Work closely with leadership to support broader HR initiatives and workforce development
Ideal Qualifications:
2 years of leadership experience in HR or office management preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills
Working knowledge of HR functions onboarding and benefit systems
High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion
Willingness to travel regularly between sites
Bilingual a plus
