Job Description
PC Technician I

As part of the Technical Support Team deliver exceptional customer service to MHMR employees and partners utilizing strong technical and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include installing maintaining troubleshooting and upgrading computer hardware software networks and peripheral equipment. Assess user training needs provide training make recommendations for hardware/software acquisitions prepare documentation and offer user assistance as needed.
Minimum Education: Associate Degree
Defined Education: Computer Science or a related field
Preferences: None
Substitutions: High School Diploma/GED and two (2) years experience in computer hardware software and peripherals OR High School Diploma/GED and CompTIA certifications (A Network Security CySA)
