Job Description

Testing Technicians possess strong professional competencies including the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail quickly learn and perform all aspects of laminate fabrication accurately interpret and understand customer specifications and requirements and adapt to and become proficient with various specialized software environments.

  • Fabricate or oversee the layup of test laminates and test articles.
  • Perform physical and mechanical tests on materials.
  • Prepare test specimens for mechanical testing.
  • Bag and cure test samples as needed.
  • Maintain records of material out life.
  • Prepare and complete paperwork.
  • Enter data and keep accurate records.
  • Maintain archived test samples.

Work Qualifications

  • Formal education: No formal education required. Background in Math and/or Science is preferred.
  • Experience: No specific experience required.
  • Computer Skills: Must be able to use common office software systems relative to data entry and ERP system. Proficient with Microsoft Excel including formulas and mathematical functions.
