Now were focused on unlocking the massive potential of Enterprise customersorganizations with dozens hundreds or even thousands of employees. Zapier is actively hiring multiple engineers across our Enterprise zone including Senior Full Stack Engineers (who are backend leaning) and Senior Backend Engineers to join several high-impact teams.
Were currently hiring for two key teams:
Enterprise Experience
Enterprise Response
The Enterprise Experience team is writing the playbook not just iterating on one. Some foundational projects were tackling include:
Building the first dedicated user flows for enterprise admins and builders
Creating core features like:
Hierarchical account management
Cross-org visibility into usage and assets
User provisioning and permissions transfer
Alerts dashboards audit logs and more
The Enterprise Response team keeps our systems resilient and reliable for millions of usersespecially when it matters most.
In this role youll:
Lead responses to critical incidents and customer-impacting events
Work directly with enterprise customers
Collaborate across engineering product and support to solve urgent problems
Build internal tools and improve core product features based on real-world feedback
This team touches every part of the stack and plays a critical role in ensuring our biggest customers get fast dependable service. If you thrive on solving complex problems working hands-on with users and making a company-wide impact wed love to have you join us.
These roles are instrumental in unlocking the full potential of Enterprise admins and builders across Zapiers product and will directly drive higher sales of our premium plans in the near future. About You
Were looking for experienced and motivated engineers who bring:
6 years of professional experience including 2 years at a senior level.
At least 4 years dedicated to building and refining web-based software products.
Strong backend skills with experience ideally in Python Django MySQL PostgreSQL and AWS. Familiarity with tools like GitLab Kubernetes and Terraform is a plus.
For our Full Stack roles - we are looking for Full Stack comfortyoure primarily a backend expert but can contribute to frontend work (React).
Experience with event-driven systems and platform thinking. Youve built scalable tools that help other teams move faster and simpler. Youre familiar with systems like Kafka SQS and Fastify and youve worked with observability tools like Datadog Grafana and Graylog
Youve used AI tooling for work or personal useor you are willing to dive in and learn fast. You explore new tools workflows and ideas to make things more efficient and are eager to deepen your understanding of AI and use it regularly.
