Lead Complex High-Impact Projects in the DMV
Location: Laurel MD (relocation allowance available)

Now theyre urgently looking for a sharp experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent in Laurel MD to lead complex projects and field crews with confidence clarity and very little hand-holding. This office is moving fastleaders are short on time the workload is high and the ideal candidate must thrive in an environment with minimal training and limited direction.

- Representing the company in site meetings with GCs owners and engineers
- Enforcing OSHA and job-site safety standards
- Solving problems proactively to keep projects moving forward
- Highly self-sufficient and independent
- Takes initiative without waiting for instructions
- Thinks critically and solves problems on the fly
- Comfortable working with minimal training or direction
- Manages day-to-day operations with confidence and little oversight
- Proactively brings solutions not just problems to leadership
- Makes autonomous decisions and keeps leadership in the loop
- Not afraid to step in lead and figure things out under pressure
- 5 years of commercial roofing superintendent experience
- Expertise in single-ply asphalt metal cold & hot-applied systems
- Proven success managing secure or complex sites (e.g. hospitals occupied buildings industrial facilities)
- OSHA-certified with strong job-site safety leadership
- Comfortable with 50% travel
- Strong communication skills (Spanish-speaking a plus)
- Valid drivers license eligible to work in the U.S.
- Salary Bonuses: $80000$100000 base performance incentives
