Salary: 48710 per annum (rising by annual increments to 51802 per annum)

Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week
Contract Type:Temporary maternity cover 12 month fixed-term contract or until return of substantive postholder
Location:The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working role will be based at our Headquarters Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre Salisbury with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices and we would welcome a conversation with the successful candidate on what type of flexible working arrangement will work best for you. There will be a requirement to attend your base location approximately 2 days a week for key activities and meetings

This is an exciting position for an experienced digitalchange management professional to lead our approach to Digital Transformation. The role will influence and direct the future digital requirements to ensure we are efficient and forward thinking.
You will work with teams across the Service to ensure the successful implementation of change projects ranging from the implementation of new critical software systems to business process improvements either from in house development or external software procurement.

As the Digital Transformation Manager you will:
- Oversee manage and drive forward the Services Digital Transformation requirements aligned to the Data Digital and Technology Strategy
- Identify opportunities for improved use of data through data and processes mapping data analysis and business process engineering to realise efficiencies
- Provide advice and support to others in relation to digital change projects including supporting the business case and procurement processes for digital change projects
What makes you our idealDigital Transformation Manager
- You hold a change Management and/or project management qualification or significant working experience
- You have extensive knowledge understanding and experience of working in digital change programmes using Microsoft products and systems such as office M365 and SharePoint
- You are an excellent communicator with effective negotiation skills working with senior managers with conflicting priorities and resources
- You are able to engage influence and build and maintain constructive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation

Other Information:
- You must be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the role. The travel requirements of the role are not the same every week but the successful post-holder should be prepared to travel within the Service area 2-3 days a week.
