Join our team at Keolis Amey Metrolink (KAM) the largest light rail network in the UK!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a People Business Partner supporting our managers and exec teams to really make a difference and drive forward strategic people initiatives.
In this role no day will be the same as you empower positive change and embrace new ways of working by leading on key projects and workstreams to bring our people strategy of Attract Develop Retain to life. Its an opportunity to bring your creative ideas to the table and put your stamp on the role.
You will play an integral role supporting the setup of our people processes and working in partnership with our unions to manage our ER risk delivering positive change for a modern flexible and inclusive workplace.

KeolisAmey Metrolink (KAM) is the largest light rail network in the UK. Growing and evolving since first opening in 1992. Metrolink have so far expanded to 103km of track 99 stops and 147 trams with a target of 52 million yearly passengers by the end of 2022.
