Salary: Up to 24.937.00 per year (depending on level of experience training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Rehabilitation Assistant to join their team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
- Work collaboratively with nursing physiotherapy and occupational therapy teams to deliver rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual patient needs.
- Assist with mobility and positioning including the safe use of hoists and mobility aids.
- Help patients engage in purposeful activities that promote cognitive physical social and emotional recovery.
- Support patients and service users to access appointments leisure and community-based activities.
- Act as a key worker for assigned patients advocating for their needs and ensuring consistent delivery of care plans.
- Develop therapeutic relationships while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Chartered Physiotherapist Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice.
- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build therapeutic relationships.
