Size and functions of local team: New team working within existing BNL GTMRole description:
- Own the full sales cycle for Lightspeed Capital in Benelux
- Proactively reach out to existing customers and explain Capital offering
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend financing solutions
- Build trust and long-term relationships with merchants
- Hit and exceed monthly targets on volume and conversion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Onboarding Support Sales)
Must haves:
- 1 years of experience insales or account management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in or passionate about finance (could be personal investing)
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach (calls emails)
Nice-to-Have- Experience in fintech SaaS or e-commerce
- Familiarity with merchant financing or payment solutions
- Knowledge of the Dutch/Belgian retail or hospitality market
Salary range & secondary benefits:
AE 35.1K base (41k including holiday/13th month) 23.4K OTE (uncapped; 60% personal 20% team 60% threshold)
