Job Description

Company: Lightspeed Commerce
Role: Capital Account Manager
Location: Ghent Belgium
Language: Dutch English & 2x Dutch/French english
WFH policy: 3 days/week in-office less for Field AE
Industry: SaaS (Hospitality)
Product: Capital solution for hospitality businesses
Size and functions of local team: New team working within existing BNL GTMRole description:
  • Own the full sales cycle for Lightspeed Capital in Benelux
  • Proactively reach out to existing customers and explain Capital offering
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend financing solutions
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with merchants
  • Hit and exceed monthly targets on volume and conversion
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Onboarding Support Sales)
Must haves:
  • 1 years of experience insales or account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in or passionate about finance (could be personal investing)
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach (calls emails)
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in fintech SaaS or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with merchant financing or payment solutions
  • Knowledge of the Dutch/Belgian retail or hospitality market
Salary range & secondary benefits:
AE 35.1K base (41k including holiday/13th month) 23.4K OTE (uncapped; 60% personal 20% team 60% threshold)
Holiday pay 13th month car
