Summary:

We are looking for strategic individuals to oversee HR Operations People Experience and Governance & Compliance. This role ensures all PX initiatives are aligned with the companys strategic goals while ensuring and maintaining strong governance and regulatory compliance across all HR practices. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership tea managing workplace investigations and lead key governance programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement processes and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization
  • Identify opportunities for automation digitization and process innovation in collaboration with PX and cross-functional teams
  • Developmaintain and ensure consistent application of HR policies operating models and governance frameworks globally
  • Monitor compliance with local and international labor laws data protection regulations and internal controls
  • Lead and oversee complex workplace investigations across multiple regions ensuring consistency confidentiality and legal compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement in case handling protocols and root cause analysis
  • Support the development and implementation of a global PX framework aligned with business strategy and workforce priorities
  • Manage relationships with third-party HR service providers ensuring adherence to service level agreements contractual terms and compliance standards
  • Serve as a liaison between PX leadership and board committees on governance-related projects
  • Lead change management efforts related to technostructural and organizational redesign initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or any related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR Operations Governance or Compliance in a global or shared services environment
  • Knowledgeable of global labor laws HR policies and investigation procedures
  • Strong leadership experience managing both local and cross-cultural teams
  • Experienced in collaborating and managing with external vendors and delivering governance frameworks at scale
  • Proficiency in HR technologies (ex. Workday ServiceNow Oracle etc.)
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards (ex. PowerBI Tableau etc.) for compliance and governance metrics

Good to have:

  • Experience with setting up ground-up transformation projects and/or operations
  • Background in highly regulated industries (ex. financial services education healthcare etc.)
  • Certifications such as CCEP SHRM-CP/SCP CICA HRIS Lean Six Sigma PMP PRINCE2 are a plus
