Located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale this hotel is an iconic beachfront destination. With 1000 guestrooms 209000 square feet of meeting space and 6 dining opportunities including the Diplomat Prime South Floridas Award-Winning Boutique Steakhouse.
Our ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience serving in a fine dining environment with knowledge in wine.
Shift Pattern: Shifts are 4:00pm until midnight as the restaurant hours are 5:30pm 10:30pm. Require full availability Monday Sunday.
Pay Rate: $9.98 per hour plus gratuities.

What will I be doing:
Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
