DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Configure Oracle Compensation in line with Business Unit needs and Emerson Global HRIS standards.
- Bring together document and validate business requirements for Oracle HCM primarily focusing on Compensation.
- Support HCM implementations and onboarding activities across functions.
- Conduct data validation and payroll parallel testing.
- Maintain consistent reporting standards and coordinate cross-unit reporting needs.
- Present scalable best-practice solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Help construct test plans and conduct user acceptance testing for system updates and improvements.
- Perform functional and regression testing to ensure system stability.
- Assist with initiatives concerning HRIS and internal processes.
- Provide functional support across Oracle HCM modules as needed.
- Research test and validate new Oracle features prior to production rollout.
- Transition completed implementations to ongoing HRIS support.
- Resolve production issues in collaboration with the Operations team.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelor of Business Administration Human Resources Information Technology or related field;
- Two to five years configuration implementation or business support experience;
- Ready and willing to share information as vital;
- Ability to efficiently work in a team environment;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Oracle HCM experience preferred; however other HCM system experience will be considered;
- Able to connect with personnel in multi-disciplines from the clerical level to senior management;
- Able to interact expertly with clients contractors and vendors both internal and external;
- Experience with large change initiatives is a plus;
- Interacts with other team members to exchange information and builds a positive and productive team dynamic
