Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone and email
• Find the applicable solution to daily issues for clients
• Take care of customers inquiries working within the shift work
• Ensure monitoring and escalation of Worldline-provided services by informing the IT Support team/ corporate clients

Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• Excellent Latvian and English skills good knowledge of the Russian language
• Experience in customer support preferably
• Ability to work full-time (approximately 160 hours per month with the ability to work fewer hours in case of study exams)
• Ability to work night shifts (at least 4-5 nights per month)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Desire to learn new things and constantly develop as a professional
• High sense of responsibility towards the tasks
