Job Description
- Analyse performance data derive insights make optimisation recommendations
- Work closely with the Personal Everyday Banking Home Ownership and Consumer Finance Marketing teams to deliver personalised media experiences to maximise conversion
- 12-month Fixed Term contract role
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Maximise the performance of digital performance channels across Personal Banking Marketing making evidence-based optimisation recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Manage day-to-day optimisations with key third parties including the media agency and platforms such as Google and Meta.
- Enhance media personalisation program utilising key mar-tech/ad-tech capability.
- Run key test & learn initiatives to enrich the performance media program.
Were looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
- Experienced digital performance media professional (at least 5 years).
- Ideally previous experience working at a financial services company or on financial services products with an agency.
- Extensive performance media experience across paid search display social affiliates and online video.
- Experience using relevant platform tools and ad-tech/mar-tech.
- In-depth understanding of media measurement methodologies.
