Your New Role:
Interested in building a career in Asset Management An exciting new opportunity exists for a Trainee Business Support Officer to join our Asset Management team providing administrative support and assisting in effective delivery of planning and asset management projects whilst gaining practical skills and experience in business administration within a diverse local government setting.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrated interest in business administration and local government operations; a commitment to undertaking and completing a Certificate III in Business or equivalent; excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation; and confidence using workplace software and technology such as Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn other key applications used at Council.
You will also possess strong communication skills with an ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders; and a positive attitude with the ability to become an active and effective team member.
