Job Description
- Masters Degree from an accredited college/university
- Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
- Certified Texas Teacher Support and Evaluation System (T-TESS) appraiser
- Texas Reading Academy Certificate or Ability to Complete in First Year of Employment
Overview:
- Provide leadership and direct the overall operation of the campus including instructional programming school improvement student management and community engagement.
- Lead the development and implementation of a shared mission and strategic goals for academic excellence.
- Serve as the instructional leader monitoring classroom practices guiding professional learning and supporting data-informed instructional improvement.
- Manage special programs and ensure support for identified students.
- Oversee campus operations including budgeting facilities management policy enforcement and extracurricular programs.
- Supervise and evaluate all campus staff fostering a culture of collaboration professional growth and accountability.
- Act as the campus behavior coordinator and ensure a safe equitable and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Represent the school to stakeholders promoting meaningful partnerships with families community organizations and the broader district.
- Ensure compliance with state federal and district regulations and reporting requirements.
