Overview:
Provide leadership and direct the overall operation of the campus including instructional programming school improvement student management and community engagement.
Lead the development and implementation of a shared mission and strategic goals for academic excellence.
Serve as the instructional leader monitoring classroom practices guiding professional learning and supporting data-informed instructional improvement.
Manage special programs and ensure support for identified students.
Oversee campus operations including budgeting facilities management policy enforcement and extracurricular programs.
Supervise and evaluate all campus staff fostering a culture of collaboration professional growth and accountability.
Act as the campus behavior coordinator and ensure a safe equitable and supportive learning environment for all students.
Represent the school to stakeholders promoting meaningful partnerships with families community organizations and the broader district.
Ensure compliance with state federal and district regulations and reporting requirements.
