What Youll Get to Do (and Have Fun Doing!)
Coordination and implementation of lesson plans based on developmentally appropriate practices
Ensure effective communication with families regarding childrens developmental growth through observations anecdotal reports and conferences
Collaborate with school district personnel to include principals teachers administrative and custodial staff as complimentary supports to programming
Working with the Site Supervisor and Center Director to orient supervise and mentor staff by providing necessary tools information and support to ensure success
Facilitate family intake and enrollment process
Your Special Skills & Qualities
AA in Education required; BA/BS Education preferred
Two (2) years experience working with children
Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills reflecting strong customer service and the ability to interact effectively with parents/guardians and school district personnel
Work Schedule
30 hours per week Monday through Friday
7:00 AM 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM 6:00 PM
