What Youll Get to Do (and Have Fun Doing!)
- Coordination and implementation of lesson plans based on developmentally appropriate practices
- Ensure effective communication with families regarding childrens developmental growth through observations anecdotal reports and conferences
- Collaborate with school district personnel to include principals teachers administrative and custodial staff as complimentary supports to programming
- Working with the Site Supervisor and Center Director to orient supervise and mentor staff by providing necessary tools information and support to ensure success
- Facilitate family intake and enrollment process
- AA in Education required; BA/BS Education preferred
- Two (2) years experience working with children
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills reflecting strong customer service and the ability to interact effectively with parents/guardians and school district personnel
- 30 hours per week Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM 6:00 PM
