Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials on basic listening and helping skills tailored for lay leaders in a local church.
- Conduct at least one training seminar or presentation on an integration topic related to mental health and Christian faith.
- Create user-friendly educational materials on mental health topics from a faith-integrated perspective for use in the church setting.
- Assist in collecting feedback and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in Christian counseling lay ministry or mental health integration.
- Experience or coursework in psychological science counseling and theology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with public speaking and leading small group trainings.
