Location: Battersea SW18
Salary: OTE 150000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

A leading nationwide auction house known for its innovation and results-driven approach is launching a dedicated commercial property department. As part of this exciting expansion the company is seeking an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Sales Manager to take charge of the new division.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Launch and lead the Commercial Property Sales department
- Value and appraise commercial property instructions
- Manage and negotiate sales via private treaty and auctions
- Build and maintain key relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Drive revenue and ensure sales targets are met
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial property sales (PQE)
- Strong valuation and negotiation expertise
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the auction process (preferred not essential)
