Job Description
Spirehouse are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Specialist on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Wolverhampton.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible management of employee relations cases across the organisation analysis of data driving the standardisation and continuous improvement of processes and approach to ensure that all parties receive a supportive empathetic and efficient service.
Support colleagues in a number of different departments on a full range of HR-related issues.
