This is your opportunity to lead complex design-led projects in the education and high-rise residential sectors with the creative freedom project responsibility and team leadership that senior architects thrive on.
Whether youre based in Kent or Central London (Clerkenwell) youll take ownership of projects from early concept through to delivery working in a collaborative studio that values design integrity technical rigour and supportive leadership.
Your Role:
Lead the design and delivery of education campuses or high-density residential towers across the UK
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams managing everything from concept design to technical detailing and contract delivery (RIBA Stages 26)
Oversee BIM coordination and model management in ArchiCAD and/or Revit
Act as the client-facing lead managing progress reporting deadlines and quality assurance
Mentor junior staff and actively shape best-practice standards across the studio
What Youll Bring:
ARB/RIBA-qualified Architect with strong UK project experience
34 years of project-running or team leadership experience
A portfolio showcasing design and delivery in education and/or high-rise residential sectors
Fluency in ArchiCAD and/or Revit
Solid knowledge of UK Building Regs construction detailing and project coordination
A confident communicator comfortable leading teams and client relationships
