Were looking for a Sales Representative whos more than just a salesperson. We want someone who listens understands and builds real relationships. What Youll Do:
- Greet customers like youve known them for years whether in person over the phone or online.
- Take time to understand what they need what they want and what works for their budget.
- Share our lineup of Mazda vehicles in a way thats honest informative and down-to-earth.
- Go along for test drives walk through features and make sure your customers feel confident in their decision.
- Follow up with a smile stay connected and ensure theyre looked after even after the keys are handed over.
- Pitch in around the dealership as needed were all in this together.
What Were Looking For:
- At least 2 years of sales experience ideally in automotive but other industries are welcome too
- A people-first approach you enjoy connecting with others and making them feel comfortable
- Professional polished and approachable
- Strong communication skills both face-to-face and through digital channels
- Organized dependable and driven to succeed without needing to be micromanaged
- Valid drivers license and a clean drivers abstract
What Youll Earn:
Commission-based income with the potential to earn $100000 annually
For up to the first year to support your growth there is a guaranteed minimum weekly income of $653.85 (unless commissions exceed that amount)
