Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-4:30pm)
Contract: 12 Months
Salary: From $47000 per year
Position Overview :
The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Adheres to safe work practices.
Order take (received orders by phone fax email) on a form
Read understand and comply with all Company policies and procedures
Communication clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
Contributing to Team Success Actively participating as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals.
Attention to Detail- Inputting data correct in our inventory system.
Managing Work (includes Time Management) Effectively managing ones time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
Quality Orientation Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.
Perform any other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Fluent in English (Written and Verbal Communication)
Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Team-player as well as can work on their own.
