THE OPPORTUNITY
We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for aService Delivery Team Leadin our Brisbane QLD customer site based in Brisbane CBD.
This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery in alignment with contractual obligations while managing on-site service personnel and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Please note this is a 100% onsite role based at our customer site in Brisbane CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a positive customer experience by acting as a trusted advisor completing all tasks to a high standard and recommending efficient high-quality and cost-effective solutions that meet customers design communication print and distribution needswhile actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of various service offerings ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved in line with contractual obligations.
- Effectively manage changes in priorities schedules and customer requirements ensuring timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate staffing resources with a focus on aligning resourcing levels to workload demands to optimise operational efficiency.
- Drive employee performance and engagement while supporting and delivering ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams fostering a culture of capability building and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with team leaders across multiple sites ensuring alignment and consistency in service delivery and operational standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead teams toward achieving measurable outcomes with a focus on performance accountability and continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience in a service delivery environment consistently delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Background in Document Services including expertise in areas such as mailroom operations print services and records management will be highly desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills complemented by advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
