You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPPG has an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Admin in Grand Prairie Texas. As a Customer Service Admin you will support all Customer Service Representatives with multiple tasks including all reporting status updates and taking on your own customer accounts. You will report to the Customer Service Manager. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
Executes purchase orders for materials and customer orders
Resolves customer queries recommending solutions and guiding customers throughout the ordering process.
Respond to customer queries in a timeline and accurate way via phone and email.
Identify customer needs and update internal ERP databases with information regarding customer orders.
Work with inventory levels to ensure delivery of materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of purchases ensuring compliance with company policies and adhering to relevant regulations.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure that customer orders are shipped and PPG service level objectives are met or exceeded.
Ensures accuracy of all sales orders.
Qualifications
High school diploma required
3 years of customer service or administrative experience
Prior experience with ERP software and reporting software
