The purpose of the shared services model is to provide the Schools with high quality business and customer service whilst ensuring continuous delivery and effective and efficient use of resources.
The Role
The Assistant Director - Finance is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the operational finance functions across the shared services business function of St Margarets and St Aidans Anglican Girls Schools. This position combines strategic financial management with hands-on operational excellence driving business improvement initiatives whilst ensuring robust financial governance and compliance.

This is a full-time role working equally across both St Margarets Anglican Girls School in Ascot and St Aidans Anglican Girls School in Corinda.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a senior finance professional to make a significant impact on the operational excellence and strategic direction of two dynamic independent schools whilst advancing their career in educational finance leadership.
