Job Description
Define the Future of Personalisation at Aston Martin

The first step in every customers journey is our Car Configurator one of the most powerful and engaging tools in our digital portfolio. As we continue to build an ultra-luxury digital experience we are seeking a driven and capable Digital Product Owner to take the lead on this critical platform.
In this role you will own the end-to-end roadmap of the configurator managing everything from feature development and product updates to pricing changes and bug enhancements. You will work closely with our external agency partner and internal teams to ensure delivery is on time on budget and always aligned with Aston Martins standards of excellence. Youll be responsible for analysing performance identifying opportunities to improve user experience and making data-driven decisions that enhance the tool across all digital channels including website app CRM and social platforms.
Your weeks will be varied and hands-on balancing sprint planning product reviews roadmap refinement and release management. Youll review ongoing development progress assess performance metrics and work collaboratively with stakeholders across marketing product pricing IT and digital. By month one youll have developed a clear understanding of the configurators mechanics key priorities and internal landscape. Within three months you will be confidently managing the tool and leading its ongoing development with autonomy and clarity.
Who You Are
- You have strong experience in digital product ownership ideally within rule-based engines or configurator platforms
- Youre confident managing roadmaps sprint cycles suppliers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Youre familiar with agile delivery methods and have used tools like Asana DevOps Tableau or Google Analytics
- Youre a clear communicator who can engage senior stakeholders while maintaining a collaborative grounded approach
- You bring a healthy balance of structure and creativity and thrive when delivering meaningful user-centric improvements
- Youre comfortable with ambiguity and driven to make a real impact even within a 12-month contract
