We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedCapital Works Project Managerto join the team on a 12 month fixed term to lead the delivery of infrastructure renewal and enhancement projects across the Metrolink network. Our Capital Works Project Managers play a critical role in delivering a wide range of capital works supporting TfGM to deliver strategic system upgrades and manage 3rd party developers in an asset protection role.
Our capital works pipeline encompasses a diverse range of projects including lift renewals and on-stop upgrades track and overhead line renewals digital system upgrades and civil infrastructure enhancements. Additionally we deliver rolling stock upgrade projects to enhance tram reliability enhance the customer experience and make our iconic fleet of trams fit for the future.
You will play a pivotal role in managing the full project lifecyclefrom concept and design through to construction and handover ensuring projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
