Job Description

How will I help
Global Investment Services (GIS) is a unique service offered exclusively to high-net-worth clients seeking listed and unlisted investment opportunities in Australian and offshore markets. GIS is undertaking a period of transformation to significantly scale the business and better meet the needs of its customers.
The Business Analyst will play an integral role in the delivery of this exciting transformation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate client and business needs into clear requirements for a multichannel operating model including components such as TOM Sales Service and Tech Support.
- Proven experience in process mapping and gap analysis with a focus on evaluating current and future state processes across sales service and support channels and identifying solutions to bridge gaps.
- Strong documentation capabilities including the creation of functional designs for target operating models sales and service frameworks capability models and role-readiness program materials.
- Skills in performance measurement design gathering requirements for and developing mechanisms to support revenue attribution performance reporting and the ongoing evaluation of operating model effectiveness.
- Proven ability to support change initiatives contributing to roll-out planning and collaborating with stakeholders to implement and embed new operating models processes and role structures.
- Knowledge of the wealth management and/or private banking sectors and investment products.

- Experienced in business analysis in financial services.
- Skilled in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Knowledgeable in Agile and traditional project tools (JIRA Confluence).
- Strong verbal written and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Detail-oriented and pragmatic problem solver.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in high-performing team effective in complex environments.
- Experienced in managing medium complexity projects and achieving results.
- Preferred experience in wealth management platforms or investments.
