Your Next Opportunity:
Are you a compassionate Clinical Therapist with a passion for helping others At ACC were looking for someone like youdedicated empathetic and motivated to make a real difference. Join our team in Detroit where your work will help individuals and families on their journey toward healing and well-being.
As a Clinical Therapist at ACC You Will:
Provide client-centered therapy including individual group family and crisis intervention services.
Maintain a manageable caseload in alignment with program standards and best practices.
Deliver services with cultural competence to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Conduct clinical assessments develop treatment plans and monitor client progress.
Keep detailed timely and compliant clinical documentation per funding and agency standards.
Participate in weekly clinical supervision and staff meetings to collaborate on treatment approaches.
Engage in ongoing professional development including in-service trainings and seminars.
Maintain a 60% productivity rate in direct service delivery.
Collaborate in peer reviews with the Quality Department to uphold high standards of care.
If applicable complete 24 hours of child-specific continuing education annually.
What You Bring:
A Masters degree in Social Work or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
Current licensure in Michigan (LLMSW LMSW LLPC LPC TLLP LLP or LP).
Strong communication assessment and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
Proficiency in computer systems for clinical documentation and reporting.
