Job Description
Location: Irving TX (Corporate Office)
Employment Duration: Regular Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30 to 5 pm; Remote Fridays Travel up to 25%
Salary: $55000/year housing discount benefits

What Youll Be Doing
As our Community Impact Specialist youll play a key role in supporting the administrative side of our resident impact efforts. Youll help track program data coordinate resources and make sure our on-the-ground teams have what they need to make a difference. Heres a look at some of the things youll handle:
- Support the planning and execution of resident programs and events.
- Track participation outcomes and other key metrics in our impact reporting system.
- Help communicate with residents about upcoming opportunities and resources.
- Coordinate with community partners and service providers.
- Keep documentation organized and up-to-date for internal and external reporting.
- Pitch in with creative ideas and feedback to help us keep improving the program.
- Attend community events taking photos to include in promotional materials.
Who Were Looking For
The perfect person for this role has a big heart and a detail-oriented brain. You love helping people but youre also organized reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in property management social work nonprofits or a similar field
- Great communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with administrative tools (Google Workspace Excel maybe a CRM or two)
- A passion for community building and helping others succeed
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
