Description
Capitol Bridge LLC is seeking a full-time Quality Analyst to join our Disability Applicant Support team. The ideal candidate will conduct audits of completed case packets to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with SC DHHS guidelines.
Pay and Benefits:
Base Rate: $45-49k per year

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed reviews of all completed packets before submission
Identify errors or omissions and provide timely feedback to front-line staff
Collaborate with Team Leads Supervisors Quality Lead and PMO Quality team to improve documentation standards
Document audit findings and contribute to monthly trend reports
Participate in calibration sessions to maintain QA consistency
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform pre-submission quality reviews to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
Record common audit findings and communicate improvement areas to Training and Operations
Ensure adherence to audit criteria aligned with SC DHHS requirements
Assist in developing updated audit tools and quality protocols
Serve as a subject matter expert on quality assurance best practices
Maintain organized and accurate QA records for reporting and compliance
Support continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with program leadership
Education and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance audits or compliance roles
Strong attention to detail and documentation review skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and HIPAA-compliant workflows
Ability to deliver constructive feedback and support quality culture
Organized dependable and capable of managing deadlines and audit volumes
