Overview
Position: Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist
Location: 755 E. McDowell Rd. Phoenix AZ 85006
Incentives: $10000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Debt Benefit
Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday
Compensation: Salaried starting at $75000 and up commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for ouroutpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred we are willing to consider occupational therapists with previous Hand Therapy experience. We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
- High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB clinician expertise patient perception).
- Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
- Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
