Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a 2nd Shift Materials Management Manager of Final Assembly (Level K) to join our Fulfillment team based in North Charleston South Carolina.
This onsite position will provide oversight & leadership to individual contributors for Boeing South Carolina Operations within the 787 Program.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employees activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation
Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Manages develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience in materials management and/or supply chain management
1 years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Willingness to work any shift assigned based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Aerospace or manufacturing experience
Bachelors degree or higher
