Job Description
A Junior Account Representative at Style Netbox plays a vital role in supporting our account management team and ensuring the success of client campaigns. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are passionate about marketing client relations and growing within a creative and dynamic environment. Youll assist in coordinating projects maintaining communication with clients and helping deliver campaigns that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
Assist senior account managers with day-to-day client communications
Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and project timelines
Prepare reports presentations and meeting materials for client accounts
Respond to client inquiries and help resolve minor issues promptly
Ensure internal teams are aligned with client goals and deliverables
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis when needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field (or currently pursuing)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
A proactive client-focused attitude and willingness to learn
