Forensic Continuity of Care Liaison

As the Forensic Continuity of Care Liaison provides collaboration between the treatment team and the courts state and/or local hospitals MHMR Clinics and other agencies. The position also provides collaboration for all patients with capacity or competency concerns as well as possible forced med orders. The position also provides case coordination services to mentally impaired patients housed in the Tarrant County Jail.
Minimum Education Bachelors degree in human services or criminal justice field from an accredited college or university
Defined Education: Mental health criminal justice or related field
Preferences: Individuals with prior court or legal experience preferred

License/Certification: Valid Texas Drivers License with good driving record. Good driving record
