WHAT YOULL DO
The Director of Events & Community is responsible for creating experiences that inspire entrepreneurs/founders to connect learn and collaborate. In this high-profile role youll have the opportunity to reimagine our community-building vision and develop an integrated marketing & event strategy that elevates the Norwest brand and positions investors as experts in their fields. We need you to lead us toward a vision that incorporates events and goes beyond to engage our key audiences and make them feel connected to Norwest and each other!
As the successful candidate for this role youll bring a honed ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable strategies; a natural talent for inspiring people to perform at the highest level; and a collaborative spirit that makes you respected and influential across the organization.
