React Developer (Redux, API Integration & Modern Web Technologies)

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled React Developer to design develop and enhance web applications using and related technologies. In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to create innovative high-performance user interfaces that meet business needs. Your expertise will contribute to the development of scalable maintainable and responsive applications supporting the companys goal of delivering high-quality digital solutions to clients.

Software Requirements

• Required Software Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of and Redux for building dynamic user interfaces
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data integration
  • Strong proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and related web technologies
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Preferred Software Skills:
  • Familiarity with TypeScript or other React ecosystem tools
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha

Overall Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers product managers and backend teams to develop responsive and engaging front-end solutions.
• Write clean efficient and testable React code that aligns with project standards.
• Participate in code reviews provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot debug and optimize frontend applications for performance and scalability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting new tools and techniques.
• Assist in documentation of technical specifications and user interfaces.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in React and web technology landscapes.

Experience Requirements

• Experience with testing frameworks and ensuring code quality.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop test and deploy React-based frontend applications.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional features.
• Participate in daily stand-ups sprint planning and review sessions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and deployment.
• Keep abreast of new trends tools and best practices in React and frontend development.
• Document technical decisions components and workflows for future reference.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
• Additional certifications in JavaScript frameworks or frontend development are a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on frontend trends.
