Job Description
Student Assistant - Marketing
- Must be a current University of Florida student with good academic and conduct standing.
- Must be at least a second-year student enrolled in a journalism advertising public relations marketing or another related major.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with updating UF main calendar
- Assist with digital ad setup and digital ad monitoring
- Update website content on SCM websites
- Help create reports that consolidate all marketing metrics into a single centralized document
- Conduct social media platforms and trend research
- Track social media KPIs and industry benchmarks
- Assist with social media monitoring moderation and content creation
- Assist with other marketing and social media projects as assigned
$15.00/hr
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint Excel Outlook and Word.
- Proficient copywriting skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience editing websites via WYSIYG editors.
- Experience with social media monitoring software
- Experience managing social media platforms for a brand
- Experience tracking and updating projects within a project management system.
