We are hiring for our client a well-established and reputable organisation based in Derry/Londonderry seeking a highly organised and experienced Payroll Manager to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to bring their expertise to a growing finance function and take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations. The Role:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the organisation ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Process payroll accurately and on time including statutory payments deductions pension contributions and benefits
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure all data is current and compliant
  • Act as the key point of contact for payroll queries internally and externally
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless processing and accurate reporting
  • Continuously review and improve payroll processes to ensure best practice

The Person:

  • Proven experience in a payroll management or senior payroll position
  • Excellent understanding of UK payroll legislation HMRC compliance and auto-enrolment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Confident using payroll software and MS Excel
  • Able to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
