We are seeking an Ad Success Representative to support an esteemed client in the digital advertising space. This role is a hybrid of strategic account management and operational excellence. You will be the primary link between client partners and Ad Operationsmanaging workflows delivering insights and driving campaign success. This is a high-impact fast-moving roleideal for someone who excels at switching between hands-on tasks and big-picture thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with 34 client partners lead regular meetings and provide strategic guidance.
Support account growth by identifying upsell opportunities.
Coordinate advertising campaigns (Direct IO Programmatic Self-Serve) and collaborate with the Ad Operations team.
Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear reports with optimization recommendations.
Work closely with internal teams (product marketing engineering) to improve processes and client communication.
Contribute to workflow standardization and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
