The Opportunity

Join our Athens office as an Office Manager where youll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a productive work environment for our growing team. Youll be the central point of contact for office coordination and help maintain our workplace as a welcoming space for employees and visitors.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and coordinate maintenance of office equipment

Act as the companys point of contact for on-site service providers (cleaning services security etc) and ensure a well-maintained office environment

Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services

Manage office inventory supplies procurement and space allocation

Assist with health and safety compliance and facility inspections

Coordinate office-related communications to staff

Manage the reception area handling visitors incoming parcels and official correspondence

Who Are We Looking For

Experience in office management or administration

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Problem-solving aptitude with proactive approach

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Relevant certification in administration (preferred)

Experience with procurement processes and vendor management (preferred)
