A long established Aerospace company in Verwood Dorsetis looking to recruit an experienced Deburrer.
Responsibilities:
Deburring and cleaning precision machined components to customer requirements using pneumatic and held hand tools
Ensuring components are deburred to customer requirements
Self inspection of work using 10x magnification and borescope equipment
Cleaning components using ultrasonic equipment
Ensure all components/transportation boxes are FOD free before passing to final inspection
Keeping work area clean and tidy in line with 5s methodology
Completion of paperwork to ensure traceability is maintained at all times
Essential:
- Experience of working within an AS9100 accredited organization or equivalent
- Skilled in using various hand held finishing tools
The Work Environment:
This is a fast paced machining environment working to tight aerospace tolerances.
You will be working within a first class manufacturing facility who produce in a well organised structured working environment.
Salary:
15.00 per hour depending on skills and experience
Weekly Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7:30am 4pm & 7:30am - 12.30pm Friday (39 basic)
25 days paid holiday per year plus paid bank holiday.
