Job Description
Optimizing occcupancy
Proactively manage room availability to optimize turnover and minimize vacancies
Coordination of the team to ensure efficient and timely room visits.
Management of the room occupancy
Analysis and strategy to fill the rooms more efficiently
Property & maintenance
Full responsibility of the set-up and launch of new properties
Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work
Managing and monitoring incoming maintenace requests
Regular properties checklist/reporting
Researching and sourcing competitive bids from various service providers such as insurers cleaning companies technicians
Placing orders for materials
Communication with tenants
Representing the company to tenants
Participating in the opening of new properties
Tenant relation
Act as a key representative of the company ensuring clear and positive communication with tenants.
Foster a strong tenant community by addressing concerns promptly and improving retention.
Support and oversee the local team (including interns)
