Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope goals deliverables timelines resource and budget requirements.
Lead global complex and business-critical HR projects with strategic relevance ensuring objectives are achieved.
Select and apply appropriate project methodologies (agile waterfall) based on project needs.
Oversee all aspects of project execution: planning monitoring controlling risk and change management.
Set deadlines track deliverables and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Manage dependencies across work streams and interfaces with other departments such as IT Data Protection and Information Security.
Ensure communication plans are developed and executed effectively for stakeholders at all levels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders addressing concerns and managing expectations.
Coach mentor and motivate project team members and foster accountability.
Monitor and report on project KPIs and success metrics providing regular updates on progress milestones and potential issues.
Your Profile / Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration Information Systems Human Resources Economics Psychology or related field.
Several years of project management experience in HR or support functions (Finance/IT) including systems implementation and/or process improvement projects.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g. Jira Confluence) methodologies and best practices.
Demonstrated leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving decision-making and adaptability under pressure.
Experience working in a multicultural environment.
Fluent in English and German.
