Project Manager Retail Construction (Montral-Based)
Location: Greater Montral Area
Salary: $80000 $105000
Type: Full-time Permanent
Were partnered with a long-standing GC in Qubec with an active portfolio of retail construction projects across Canada. Theyre looking for a bilingual Project Manager to take ownership of delivery from pre-construction through turnover ensuring smooth execution strong subtrade coordination and tight budget control.
This isnt just another office job youll be working closely with site supervisors landlords and municipalities to keep projects on track across multiple provinces. If youre fluent in English and French and have experience managing fast-paced retail rollouts this is a great opportunity to step into a coast-to-coast leadership role.
What Youll Be Doing:
Planning budgeting scheduling and overseeing day-to-day construction progress
Managing subtrades procurement and cost tracking across multiple sites
Reviewing documents shop drawings and handling change orders
Supporting bid coordination and contract award with the Estimating team
Leading turnover process and walkthroughs with final stakeholders
What Theyre Looking For:
5 years of Canadian project management experience in retail/commercial builds
Fluent in English and French (required)
Comfortable juggling multiple projects under tight timelines
Strong skills in budgeting documentation and subcontractor management
Proficiency in Procore (or similar software) and Microsoft Office
