About The Opportunity
Are you a motivated and ambitious individual currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree Do you have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for practical application If you are eager to grow your skills and make a tangible impact we want to hear from you!
As a Cadet Engineer you will play a key support role in the delivery of Councils civil design program. Under the guidance of the Senior Design Manager youll assist with the preparation of design and documentation for a range of civil works projects. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills using industry-standard software such as 12d AutoCAD ArcGIS TuFlow XPRAFTS and Microsoft Office applications. You will be involved in investigation design and drafting tasksboth independently and as part of a teamand contribute to the preparation of construction drawings and technical documentation. Youll also participate in field investigations produce timely technical reports and collaborate with construction and maintenance crews to help ensure successful project outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity to apply your engineering studies in a practical setting while learning and growing in a supportive environment.
