About You

Youre caring motivated and eager to inspire the next generation through early education. You value inclusive child-led learning and enjoy working as part of a positive collaborative team. You bring energy creativity and a commitment to creating a safe engaging learning space for all children.

What Youll Need

  • Diploma Qualified

  • Previous Room Leader experience

  • A valid Working With Children Check

  • Current First Aid CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

  • Child Protection Certificate

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Your Role

  • Develop and deliver engaging play-based educational programs

  • Foster a warm inclusive and secure environment for children to thrive

  • Collaborate with fellow educators and build strong relationships with families

  • Observe and document childrens learning and progress

  • Contribute to a culture of respect creativity and continuous improvement
